WIM Compas™ Injection System

Having the fastest analyzer available on the market is a nice feature for a lot of applications. But some applications ask for special solutions. A zero emission Calorimeter suitable for applications with a high process temperature or dew point and / or high Sulphur concentrations in the sample stream with direct Heating Value and Air Demand output without the use of a Specific Gravity cell.

Benefits of the injection system:

  • Direct correlation between air demand and Heating Value without the requirement of an additional Specific Gravity cell.
  • Suitable for high Sulphur applications without the risk of clogging of the system due to the forming of sulphides
  • Suitable for hot applications up to 175°C (350°F)
  • Minimum amount of instrument air is required for combustion
  • No (explosive) air / gas mixture is vented into atmosphere, flare line or vapor recovery system and no acid condensate at the outlet of the catalytic oven due to the small injection volume
